Going Electric

We have increased our electric vehicle fleet and charging infrastructure across all depots to ensure we provide the same like-for-like service expected from our customers.

To provide you peace of mind, on most occasions, we can provide a like for like solution, but if we cannot, our drivers have the expertise and knowledge to explain the controls and provide charging advice at vehicle handover.

The vehicle will be delivered with a full charge and drivers between 18 and 75 will be covered on our insurance.

We also provide short, medium and long term EV rental packages giving you the chance to try a range of EV models at your leisure - please contact us through our contacts form for more information.

Making a claim

If you are unfortunate enough to have an accident that was not your fault, contact us on 03700 116 720 with as much information as possible, to see if we can help you with a replacement vehicle.

Getting mobile

If your vehicle cannot  be driven, we will deliver a replacement vehicle to you and take  yours to the repairer. 

If your car can be driven, we will deliver your replacement vehicle to your repairer ready for when  you take your car in  for repair.

Repair & return

Once we have you mobile again we will process your claim, liaising with the various parties involved, including witnesses, insurers and the repairer, providing you with updates along the way.

When your car is ready for collection, you just take our replacement  to the repairer and switch over. Easy.
