From time to time, an insurer may dispute liability, usually based on what they have been told about the accident.
Under our agreement you are required to assist us if that is the case by providing all the supporting documentation and evidence you have in order to help establish the facts.
This will enable AX to prove liability against the other driver.
If the dispute continues, you may be asked to claim on your own insurance policy.
