Refer your customers to our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team after an accident. Our friendly, empathetic team will identify whether or not they qualify for a replacement vehicle.
If they qualify, we’ll put them in a suitable replacement vehicle, direct the repair work to your approved bodyshop, and keep the customer updated on the progress of their claim.
