How quickly your car is repaired will depend on a number of factors – who is authorising the repair, how quickly it is inspected and an estimate prepared, parts availability etc, all of which we will chase and provide updates on when we have them.
Repairers will want to complete the repair as soon as possible to enable them to invoice the insurer for the work carried out by them, so generally, they will be working as quickly as possible.
We will send you an update as soon as there is one, and contact you every 7 days if for any reason there is no update.
