If AX receives notification of a penalty, fine or charge, we will attempt to transfer liability to you where possible or, to avoid the amount payable being increased, pay the amount on your behalf and recharge the same to you with an administration charge of £25.
Is the hire vehicle registered on Merseyflow account?
No, you are responsible for all crossings. You will need to call 01928 878 878 to pay for your crossings.
How to pay:
- Step 1: Call 01928 878 878 or visit the Merseyflow walk-in centre
- Step 2: Let the customer service representative know you are travelling in a hire vehicle and the vehicle’s registration number.
**AX would like to reiterate that in accordance with the hire agreement, any penalties, fines or charges incurred, are the responsibility of the hirer. AX reserves the right to pay the fine and recharge the hirer together with an administration fee.
