I have a letter from the fault party's insurer, what do I need to do?

Please forward any communication from the at-fault insurer to AX straight away via email to info@AX-uk.com including your claim reference number.   

If you don't have a scanner, you can use your phone to take a photo and email it to us that way, or send a copy by post to AX, Alpha 1, Canton Lane, Hams Hall, Birmingham B46 1GA.

This will ensure your claim details are up-to-date and we are working on your behalf with all relevant information to hand.
