I’m not happy with the Pre-Accident Value (PAV) – what do I do?

If you are unhappy with the PAV or Pre-Accident Value, please provide us with evidence to support why you think your vehicle is worth more. For example, an independent engineer’s report supporting an increase, adverts for similar vehicles with similar mileage, age, specification.  Please note that an insurer is only obliged to pay the reasonable market value for your vehicle so the fact that you may have incurred expenditure on maintenance, accessories or upgrades will not be a relevant factor in considering value. We will do what we can to help.
