I’m going on holiday, what do I need to do?

It is important that you call us on 03700 116720 to inform us of any holidays when you will not be using the vehicle.   

In these circumstances we may need to collect the replacement vehicle and return it to you when you return from your holiday if your vehicle is not ready.

The reason for this is that we are unable to justify, to the third party insurer, any hire charges where there is a period of time that the replacement vehicle is not being used, i.e. left on a drive or at a long stay car park.
