When will I be updated and how often?

We will contact whenever there is a significant update regarding your claim or at the very least, every 7 days.

AX will update you throughout the claim journey via email. Please look out in the subject field for ‘claim update’. Should you still need to contact us for an update please contact us on WhatsApp.

You can also login to our secure portal, YourClaim, to track your claim.
