If AX receives notification of a penalty, fine or charge, we will attempt to transfer liability to you where possible or, to avoid the amount payable being increased, pay the amount on your behalf and recharge the same to you with an administration charge of £25.

No. You are responsible for the congestion charge unless the vehicle is exempt.
Can I add the hire vehicle to my current TFL account?
Yes, we strongly advise you to contact TFL to add the hire vehicle to your account for the duration of hire.
