Over the course of the next few weeks, it is likely that we will initiate our technology driven Business Continuity Plan as COVID-19 advice changes and working restrictions increase.

AX operates remote working capability, including soft-phone technology, enabling our Contact Centre to be fully operational in the event our physical call centre is not.

Over 95% of our advisors have home working capability and each of our six regional delivery hubs, including the AX Innovation Head Office in Stockport, are also fully operational remotely.

We have worked extensively over the last two weeks, stress testing the remote working technology and are entirely confident that we will be able to continue to operate at the current level.

It is likely that we will increase the number of colleagues who work remotely over the coming days and weeks and follow the very latest government advice.

The health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers remains our highest priority, and we are confident our Business Continuity Plan will ensure the business is able to support our Partners and customers during these challenging times.
