I have been diagnosed with Coronavirus but you have asked to collect the replacement vehicle. What should I do?

We wish you a safe and speedy recovery. The diagnosis means we must do things slightly differently. Please contact us to let us know if you have been diagnosed with Coronavirus as soon as possible.

Having been advised of a Coronavirus diagnosis, we now have a strict protocol in place to protect our drivers. We allow 72 hours from the time the vehicle was last used before collecting the vehicle. Our driver will then collect the vehicle in full PPE to safeguard the health and safety of everyone concerned.

Please place the vehicle key in a small transparent bag or similar as we may collect the vehicle using a spare key. We will contact you with full instructions on the collection process prior to collection.

Once the vehicle is back at our depot, it will be left for another 72 hours before being fully valeted by one of our professional valeters.
