I have received a cheque, but I cannot get to the bank to cash it?

Most insurers have offered to transfer funds to a bank account during this period.  If you have received a cheque and would prefer a transfer into your bank account, please let us know immediately. We can ask the insurer if they can arrange a bank transfer instead.  If so, you may have to return or destroy the cheque, before receiving a payment into your account.
